The pages of the Bible come to life as we travel back in time to the era of the biblical Great Flood. From the moment we view the towering Ark, to the amazing animals, to the jaw-dropping exhibits inside the Ark, we’ll discover what it was like to be Noah. In addition, visit the Creation Museum experiencing the beginning of time as recorded in God’s word. Set your sights on bringing these biblical accounts to life!

Day 1 - Travel to Cincinnati, Ohio

All aboard...our journey west takes us to the Cincinnati, Ohio, area located on the scenic Ohio River where accommodations await for a three- night stay. Enjoy a special get acquainted dinner this evening. (D)

Day 2 - Noah's Ark

Prepare for the experience of a lifetime. We’ll enter Noah’s world aboard the newly opened Ark, a massive true-to-life replica of Noah’s Ark. This gigantic structure, 510 feet long and 7 stories tall, is the largest timber frame structure in the world. The Ark’s 132 exhibits are designed to give solid answers to questions about the Ark, Noah and his family, his world, and the flood as recorded in the Bible. A themed restaurant and a petting zoo add to our experience. (CB)

Day 3 - Creation Museum/Cathedral Basilica of the Assumption/BB Riverboat Cruise

Our morning begins with a visit to the Creation Museum with its state-of-the-art exhibits allowing us to walk into biblical history. Encounter creation, corruption, castrophe, Christ, the Cross, and consummation. This museum brings the pages of the Bible to life, casting its characters and animals in dynamic form and placing them in familiar settings. Next, we tour the Cathedral Basilica of the Assumption modeled after the Abbey Church in Paris while the facade mirrors Notre Dame de Paris. This evening finds us rolling on the river aboard the BB Riverboat for a sightseeing dinner cruise. (CB,D)

Day 4 - Travel Home

Today we board our coach for the trip home, bringing with us wonderful memories of Noah’s Ark and the Creation Museum. (CB)

Come along...the Holland, Michigan Tulip Time Festival is in full swing celebrating its 89th year. Enjoy millions of blooming tulips in the prettiest colors you have ever seen. Like a visit to the Old Country...wooden shoes are made here and worn too. Parades, Dutch dancers, entertainment, dinner shows and Dutch markets are all a part of the festivities. Put a little color into your life at this Spring Festival.
 

Day 1 - Travel to Ohio Amish Country

All aboard for a great trip to Holland, Michigan, for the world renowned Tulip Time Festival. This annual event is chock-full of exciting happenings, and filled with gardens overflowing with colorful tulips. Today we travel into Ohio’s Amish country for our overnight stop. Our special evening includes dinner in an Amish home. (D)

Day 2 - Holland Tulip Festival

Travel into the heart of Holland where the festivities of the Tulip Festival are in full swing. Here, more than 800 high school girls in authentic Dutch costumes and wooden shoes perform Dutch Folk street dances. We’ll check into our hotel for a two-night stay. Enjoy an included dinner and attend a Dutch Celebration Show, a tribute to Dutch customs, traditions and history. (CB,D)

Day 3 - Holland Tulip Festival/Guided Tour

Today enjoy an inside look at Holland and the Tulip Festival with our local costumed guide. Visit acres of gardens laden with colorful tulips and view Big Red on the shores of Lake Michigan, Holland’s own lighthouse. Then enjoy the Klompen Dancers, performing old-world style Dutch dances in authentic costumes and wooden shoes. This afternoon we have reserved seats to watch the Volksparade viewing a brigade of costumed scrubbers cleaning the streets, and then the parade begins! This evening enjoy an included dinner and evening entertainment. (CB,L,D)

Day 4 - Wooden Shoe Factory/Windmill Island/Travel to Ohio

he festivities continue in Holland...visit the Wooden Shoe Factory to see a carver create wooden shoes from a block of wood. Tour the only Blue Delfth Factory in the U.S., and visit Windmill Island with its 250-year-old windmill, “DeZwann.” Browse Holland’s own re-created small “Dutch Town” with bridges, canals and gardens. Later this afternoon we say farewell and travel south to Ohio to spend our final night. (CB)

Day 5 - Journey Home

Today we make our way home, reminiscing about the thousands of tulips and all the attractions we have enjoyed at this grand festival. (CB)

Day 1 - Travel to Annapolis & Easton, Maryland

All aboard! We’re on our way to Annapolis for a visit to the U.S. Naval Academy, home of America’s midshipmen. Afterwards join our guide for a tour of historic Annapolis and a photo opportunity of the Maryland State House. Our travel continues to Fisherman’s Inn for a fresh seafood dinner that includes Maryland’s famous crab cakes. Travel on to Easton for a three-night stay. (D)

Day 2 - Hoopers Island/Phillips Seafood/Crab Picking Plant/Ice Cream Social

We’re off to Hoopers Island for a day of exploring with our local guide. We’ll tour Blackwater Wildlife Refuge Center, a haven for American bald eagles and Delmarva fox squirrels, and a migration ground for geese and ducks. It’s nature at its best! Today is a “crabby day” as we tour Phillips Seafood Crab Picking Plant and have lunch at Old Salty’s Restaurant, again including fresh seafood. Next, tour Chesapeake Gold Oyster Aquaculture to see how oysters are developed, raised, and marketed. Enjoy some free time, and an ice cream social this evening. (CB,L)

Day 3 - Saint Michaels/Skipjack Cruise/Maritime Museum

Explore Saint Michaels where three centuries of colonial heritage abound, and tour the Maritime Museum filled with maritime history. Get your sea legs ready for a sail on an authentic working skipjack. Experience the life of a waterman as we sail the Chesapeake Bay relaxing and enjoying the sounds of the wind and water. Enjoy lunch at the famous Crab Claw Restaurant and visit the quaint shops that line the narrow streets of Saint Michaels. (CB,L)

Day 4 - National Cryptologic Museum/Home

Rise and shine! Today we’ll visit the National Cryptologic Museum containing thousands of artifacts pertaining to our national security during numerous wars, along with the machines and devices that were used for communication. Afterwards, we continue our journey home with many fond Eastern Shore memories. (CB)
