Day 1 * Thursday * December 6
All aboard for our journey south to Myrtle Beach where oceanfront accommodations  await at Caribbean Resort for a three night stay.  A free  evening to stroll on the  beach or take a dip in the indoor pool.

Day 2 * Friday * December 7
Spend an enjoyable morning at Myrtle Beach.  There is time for beachcombing and soaking up some South Carolina sunshine.  Or we may elect to take a shopping excursion to Broadway at the Beach or Barefoot Landing.  This afternoon we’ll enjoy the South’s most loved holiday show, The Carolina Opry Christmas Special.  It’s warm, it’s funny, it’s plain wonderful and this show is sure to be the best ever.  The remainder of our day and evening is free for individual interests.  

Day 3 * Saturday * December 8
A free morning and afternoon allows time  for individual interests.   Transportation is available for those who wish to enjoy some browsing and shopping.   Early evening finds us  at Brookgreen Gardens for its most popular annual event, Nights of a Thousand Candles.  Stroll along candlelit garden paths, pausing to enjoy musical performances by local entertainers.  Lights sparkle from live oaks, and candlelight illuminates the paths. This is definitely an enchanting holiday experience that we’ll not want to miss.   Enjoy the sparkling lights of the city on the return trip to our hotel.  (D)

Day 4 * Sunday * December 9
All too soon we must return home.  Wonderful memories of our time spent here add great joy to this special holiday season.
