Day 1 * Sunday * September 11

All aboard our motorcoach as we travel to Myrtle Beach and it’s 60-mile coastline. Our oceanfront suite accommodations await at the Caribbean Resort. A stop at a local grocery enables those who wish to shop for groceries or supplies to enjoy at the resort. Spend a free evening strolling along the beautiful South Carolina coastline and enjoying the amenities of our hotel.

 

Day 2 * Monday * September 12

A day at the beach! So much to do or do nothing at all...the choice is ours. This evening we’ll enjoy dinner at Benjamin’s Restaurant featuring an array of fine seafood. Afterwards we attend the Carolina Opry featuring a variety of comedy and music, from country to bluegrass. (D)

 

Day 3 * Tuesday * September 13

Our day is free for individual activities. Again a choice day for swimming, sunbathing, or fishing. Our coach will transfer those who wish for nearby browsing and shopping.

 

Day 4 * Wednesday * September 14

This morning we’ll visit Broadway at the Beach, a shopping complex. Our afternoon is free for individual interests. As dusk settles over the beach we’ll attend the live performance at the Alabama Theatre. Dressed in sequined gowns and tuxedos these talented performers put on a show to remember.

 

Day 5 * Thursday * September 15

Rest stops and a lunch stop will be made enroute home. What a wonderful time we have enjoyed along South Carolina’s scenic coast.

 

A WORD ABOUT OUR ACCOMMODATIONS:

The Caribbean Resort is an oceanfront suites property with bedroom, full kitchen, living room and balcony. The facility offers an indoor pool, two outdoor pools, a lazy river, and jacuzzi. The resort is located adjacent to the excellent Sea Captains House (Restaurant).
